How to Order
Ordering from us is simple and straightforward. First, browse our website and select your desired product. Next, choose your preferred crinkle paper color to customize your packaging. Then specify the quantity of boxes you need and select your preferred weight option (we offer both 10 lb and 44 lb options). Once you've made your selections, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase by providing shipping information and payment details. After placing your order, you'll receive confirmation and can track your shipment using the information provided.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
During checkout, customers can select their preferred shipping carrier and view the estimated delivery time for each option. We offer both standard and expedited shipping choices to meet your delivery needs. All shipping costs are paid by the customer at the time of purchase. While we carefully package all items, please note that Cubion Pak is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit once your package has left our facility. The selected carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery of your order from that point forward.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase, provided items remain unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please email info@cubionpak.us with your order details. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your eligible return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

We ship 24 boxes per pallet, with a total weight of 1058 lb per pallet, and each box contains 44 lb of packaging.
